Michael Demetriou
Managing Director
With, 30 years of experience in the construction industry and extensive experience of managing logistically challenging building services projects, Michael can analyse and evaluate multiple operational drivers and interrogate project deliverables ensuring accurate and relevant information is reviewed and assessed during the project cycle. Ensuring stakeholders and project teams understand the impact of risk and performance in relation to the delivery of a project has been a major part of his experience.


Jim Lewis
Partner and Managing Director, Commercial
Jim joined Power Storage Solutions (PSS) following a 28-year international banking career, where he held Managing Director and senior leadership roles at Standard Chartered, HSBC, and J.P. Morgan. He led multi-billion-dollar businesses and initiatives across liquidity, investments, balance sheet management, portfolio management, strategy, finance, and working capital solutions.
His move to PSS reflects a desire to apply his commercial, financial, and strategic expertise to the renewable energy sector, attracted by its long-term societal impact and structural growth potential.
Jim holds a B.S. in Business from Boston College and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern.
Steven Roberts
Technical Manager
With over 20 years’ experience in Technical Services engineering, Steven has successfully delivered mechanical and electrical projects across a wide range of sectors, from concept through to completion. He is highly skilled at coordinating clients, designers and contractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.
His portfolio includes schools, commercial developments and hospitals, demonstrating a broad range of technical expertise. Steven also has extensive experience in the solar PV sector and holds a qualification in Photovoltaic Systems. He has led the design, installation and delivery of solar energy projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while providing innovative, sustainable solutions.
Known for his collaborative approach, technical knowledge and commitment to quality, Steven consistently delivers successful outcomes and brings significant value to every project he undertakes.


Terry Harper MIET
Technical Manager
Terry is a highly motivated Technical Services Manager/Project Manager/LVAP, with 22 years of experience. His previous M&E Project values delivered range from £900,000 to £25m.
Working on projects such as Museums, High end residential, Government projects such as Whitehall, schools, Prisons, Warehouses, High rise Residential buildings and more. Able to Manage and understand specialists systems ranging from FA, Access control, CCTV, PV, LV infrastructure, Data/I.T, lighting systems, Mech Systems, BMS etc. Terry has strong communication skills, which are essential in translating technical jargon into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels, to ensure decisions are made with full transparency.
Azem
Technical Manager
Azem is an electrical engineer with 19 years experience in different sectors such as construction, electrical materials production and sales of electrical goods.
He started his career in Dubai, working at the Palm Jumeirah project. He worked in Dubai, Istanbul and London. He has extensive experience within the construction industry with residential and office buildings as well as shopping malls. Having worked at an EV charger manufacturer, and managing sites with EV charging stations, his experiences vary greatly.


Carol Lewis
Project Manager
Carol Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and IT project management across diverse sectors. With notable roles at Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Clearwire Technologies and Sprint Wireless Telecommunication. Carol has spearheaded critical programs and collaborated on strategy and IT network development. Her expertise spans risk management, technology infrastructure development, and program leadership. Holding an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s degree from University of California Davis, Carol is also a certified certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Paul Allen
Technical Manager
With over 30 years of IT management experience, firstly as a consultant within the energy industry and more recently in the financial services sector, Paul is now applying those skills in the renewables industry.
Significant projects have included regional electricity metering, a global cinema chain, and widely used share dealing platforms. He has worked on community energy PV projects for 5 years, so has first-hand experience of being on the client side of projects.
Paul studied Physics at Oxford University and has extensive waterfall and agile project management experience.

Shadi Joseph
Design Manager
Shadi is an experienced design consultant specialising in interior architecture, lighting design and project management. Shadi has over over 25 years experience in residential and commercial development. Projects have varied from small homes and individual spaces to full scale commercial spaces.
