Power Storage Solutions (PSS) is a UK based limited company focused on installing Battery Storage Systems and Solar PV.

PSS provides preliminary project planning and consulting services, design, equipment procurement, program management, installation and maintenance for commercial battery storage projects.  We have a dedicated management team with over 100 years of project management, finance and energy industry experience with a successful entrepreneurial track record success.

When supporting our clients in defining the PV and battery storage strategy, we provide the following structured approach:

​

• Understand and develop the client’s energy strategy and their business requirements in the short, medium, and long term.

• Deploy our technical services team to validate the existing electrical infrastructure to understand what is achievable and the works required to interface the proposed PV and battery storage to the existing electrical infrastructure. 

• Liaise with Distribution Network Operator (DNO) to validate existing capacity, infrastructure alterations and to manage/coordinate upgrades.

• Consider other complimentary technologies to be included within the proposal e.g., LED Lighting, Heat pumps and EV charging infrastructure. 

• Utilise phase balancing systems and distribution grid inverters to balance the supply across the network (e.g., Turbo Power Solutions).

• Consider and understand other emerging technologies that may be incorporated into current works (or future upgrades).

 

This results in a complete options appraisal, costings, and risk assessment for each PV and battery storage project to support the decision-making process.  PSS can manage the entire process for the client from start to finish deploying expert staff and specialist partners identified during design.
