To comply with planning requirements and CFSH there was a 48 PV panel array on the roofs surrounding the roof plant areas.

Luxury retirement village

Project Outline
13,750 sqm luxury retirement village overlooking Clapham Common, London. The building consists of a basement and six floors with a total of 94 apartments, two guest rooms, a swimming pool, restaurant, spa, cinema, gym and car park area.
Over a 63-week period we have worked closely with McLaren Construction Group and were responsible for both the mechanical and electrical refurbishments and installations throughout the building.
Strawberry Fields
Community centre in Liverpool, dedicated to the Beetles

Set within the iconic location of Strawberry Field, a new £4.8m training hub; visitor experience and retreat on the site that was the inspiration for John Lennon and the 1967 Beatles song 'Strawberry Fields Forever'.
A shallow-pitched, single-ply roof with rendered soffit and upstand achieves a simple and clean oversailing cap, providing external shelter, internal shading, and a location for a photovoltaic array.
Lancer Square, London W8

Lancer Square is a 13,600m2 mixed-use scheme which comprises four blocks ranging from four to seven storeys and includes fifty-one 1-4 bedroom private and affordable residential apartments, a new office building with shops and cafés at ground level and the introduction of a landscaped public courtyard.
